If publication of a document, photograph or extract is contemplated, appropriate authorization will be requested where necessary.

9. Embedded Forms and Technical Service Providers

Testimonial forms may be embedded using external technical services, including tools used by SystemePro and/or the HighLevel infrastructure.

When an embedded form is used, certain data may pass through the infrastructure of technical service providers responsible for hosting, transmitting or storing the form.

Depending on the services concerned, these providers may act as processors or technical service providers.

  • published testimonials may remain accessible for as long as they contribute to the editorial content of the website, subject to the rights of the person concerned;
  • technical data and security logs are retained for a period proportionate to security needs.

The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its technical operation and security.

The embedded testimonial form (via SystemePro and/or the HighLevel infrastructure) also sets cookies related to Google Analytics, used by that technical service provider as part of the operation of its own tool. These cookies are not configured by us and are not used to build an advertising profile on our behalf.

For more information about this processing, you can consult HighLevel's privacy policy: https://www.gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy .

Should another analytics or advertising tool (such as Meta Pixel) be added in the future outside of the tools already integrated in the form, this Privacy Policy will be updated beforehand to precisely describe the tool concerned, its purpose and how to opt out, and consent will be requested before its activation where required by applicable law.

Available settings may also depend on the browser and technical tools used to display the website.

16. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, destruction or unlawful disclosure.

As no transmission or IT solution can guarantee absolute security, the level of protection is adapted to the nature of the data and the risks that can reasonably be identified.
